Carboneros When you ride off the beaten track you meet some very exotic people. These two fellas spend their days piling wood into a dome and covering them with ash then proceed to slowly burning the choking pile to make charcoal. They then load the bricks into burlap bags and take them to market with horse and buggy. It’s like going back in time 100 years.
