If you haven't been on a Jane's Walk, I highly recommend it. Each walk is very different and always informative.

The Simpson St. heritage tree walk is always incredible, learning about the very old trees growing around Bishophurst.

I'm also interested in the Summit & Bruce hill neighbourhood walk, and the Clergue industries walk (with Jo Bumbacco, who shares some cool stuff with this space from time to time)
