If you have ever lived in a storey and a half house you know of the small areas that are created on the second level.

My current house has two such areas. When I moved in they just had a curtin in the opening. Not very appealing.

I went ahead and build two 24"x48" doors in the same style as the rest of the house. Cost of the doors came in around $50 a door and a fews hours of work.

The room now feels finished.
